Hello and welcome! I live in 'Leafy Ealing' with my husband, two boys (actually my eldest has gone to University, in Huddersfield, but I haven't quite got my head round that yet) and two dogs - Shelties.
We're lucky enough to have a town garden which provides me with a lot of inspiration for my magic boxes. I love palm trees, exhotic plants and all wildlife, and our garden reflects that. We are regularly visited by insects, birds, squirrels, frogs, newts (we have two wildlife ponds) and one of the major loves of my life - FOXES.
I've played with paper all of my life and I find it hard to work in two dimensions. Even when I try I usually end up with something that springs out or pops up.
I have definitely become more than a little obsessed with boxes - especially the exploding variety! If I'm not making one I'm planning the next. I have a small craft room but I'm afraid my work spills into every room in the house (specially the kitchen).
